Bryant is a small, charming neighborhood located in northeast Seattle. It is sometimes known as Ravenna-Bryant due to its proximity to Ravenna Park. With the installation of a rail line in its early days, this area soon saw settlers and continued to grow with the establishment of the nearby University of Washington campus. Today, Bryant has somewhat of “hidden jewel” feel for those looking for a mainly residential and quieter neighborhood.
Homes in Bryant are typically traditional Seattle homes such as craftsman, tudors and four-squres. Some new construction townhomes and luxury homes are popping up in this neighborhood.
